Jeremy McGlothlin is the Director of JH1 Elite Basketball.  McGlothlin has a long history with basketball administration and coaching and is current Varsity Head Coach at Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

McGlothlin is originally from Bloomington, Ind., where he was a standout at Bloomington High School South. He was an Indiana all-state player both his junior and senior year and ranked as one of the top 40 players to come out of the state when he graduated in 1999. McGlothlin continued his playing career in college at Indiana State University and at Cardinal Stritch University. He graduated from Cardinal Stritch in 2005.

McGlothlin’s coaching résumé started in the Rising Force Basketball Academy as a head coach in the girls program for five years. He’s also coached AAU basketball for the Wisconsin Blizzard and Ray Allen Select. Additionally, McGlothlin has vast high school coaching experience serving as the head JV coach and assistant varsity coach at Kettle Moraine from 2006-11. He’s currently the 14U Head Coach for the  JH1 Elite program.

In 2011, immediately following his collegiate career at Carroll University, Taylor Jannsen started PerformanceMax Basketball Training. Jannsen trains and mentors athletes from youth levels up to the NCAA D1 level. He will also be serving as our 15U Coach & acting in an advisory role to Jeremy.

Kevin has been instrumental in the formation and direction of the JH1 Elite program.  Kevin works with the administrative team to run tryouts, plan practices, communicate with coaches and organize skills sessions.  Kevin is an assistant coach for the JH1 U14 team (McGlothlin) and the Catholic Memorial High School Jr. Crusader 8th-grade team.  Kevin is the Director of Public Safety at Carroll University.

Tammie is responsible for the day to day administration of the JH1 Elite Program which includes billing, rostering, uniforms and registration of players.  When not working on JH1 basketball, Tammie is the Managing Director of TKO Miller, LLC, a boutique investment bank.
