Our vision at JH1 Elite is to be one of the premier basketball programs in the state of Indiana. With our unique approach to player development on and off the floor, we will lay the foundation for our players to maximize their individual ability and for our teams to compete at the highest level of club basketball. JH1 Elite teams will be built on:

• Trust: Trust is developed through open and honest communication. Once established, it creates a shared vision for a common goal. Trust among a group of individuals bolsters a feeling of confidence that only comes in knowing that you are not alone.
• Transparency: As a program we are committed to telling you the truth. Whether it be details regarding the program or an honest assessment of where your athlete stands. You will also have an understanding of how the player fees are being used.

• Wholistic Approach: Focus on the individual player and more importantly, the individual person. We give players tools to excel on and off the basketball court. Teaching them life lessons they will apply long after the ball stops bouncing.
